Comments Few roses are more capable of covering a large structure, fewer still can cover it with as many blossoms at the Rambling Rector. The fragrance is strong and rich and the plant is hardy and resistant to disease. As must be expected, though, this rose makes but one glorious flush of blooms per year. If you plant it, every time you get a good whiff of the scent think of the subtle ironies embedded in the name, and chuckle.
