Comments Its blossoms start as yellow high-centered buds and open into beautiful flat pompons. And as that happens the color changes from yellow to rose, touching on some apricot colors. The plant is relatively vigorous, and fairly resistant to disease, though it will probably do much better with protection from blackspot. This rose converted me from the position "I don't do minis" into one of "Minis have a number of unique strengths, I must use them in my garden." That said, there probably exist at least a few dozen minis of various colors that are better. There are certainly a lot that rate highly with exhibitors, but not all of them are in distribution.
