Comments Sporting a high-centered bud, and creamy white petals edged in pink, the rose grows on a plant that does not require much fuss. It's been in broad circulation for thirty years and even now that Meilland is selling California Dreaming as a "fragrant Princesse de Monaco" it remains popular. It is both a good rose for the garden and a good rose for competitions.
