Comments Buds with a color midway between shell pink and coral open to form shell pink flowers. The outer petals then begin to darken toward rose and mauve. They also reflex a bit to form pointed petals. The rose repeats very well and is free of serious disease problems. If there is a problem with this rose it is the relationship between what can sometimes be a scrawny plant and the relatively large flowers. It requires either planting a bed of them and placing them within 2 ft of each other or it requires that the rose be nestled between other plants, some of which are larger. This is a rose that tolerates much neglect and recovers well after mistreatment.
