Comments Arillaga makes for a short but leggy plant that produces pale pink flowers of the hybrid tea form. It's listed as a hybrid perpetual; but it descends from mostly tea ancestry on one side and mostly hybrid perpetual ancestry on the other - giving it the exact heritage of the early hybrid tea rose. Frau Karl Druschki is the pollen parent, and Mrs John Laing a grandparent on the seed side. It's easy to see why expectations for this rose were high.
