Comments "A rose of exceptional beauty," and "One of the most perfect of the Old Roses," states David Austin in Old and English Roses. It grows on a large frame which it covers with lovely grayish green foliage. In early summer it produces prodigous numbers of very pretty, large pompon style white roses kissed with a touch of lemon. The fragrance is strong and citrusy. It's a rose that does well in a wide variety of conditions, tolerating even some shade.
