Comments It produces lovely rosy pink flowers with the same powerful scent as its famous parent Mme Isaac Perreiere. And it repeats. It is not quite so well foliated and branched as once-flowering Bourbons, and it is a little more prone to black spot. But for all its minor flaws it is an excellent rose, especially for places with warm, dry summer weather. Pruning is not recommended except for removal of dead or old unproductive canes.
