Comments Silky coral petals are yellow at their bases and may have touches of orange on central petals. The flowers open to reveal orange stamens. In certain situations the rose may render pale orange, plain pink, or even a hot reddish coral. Printed depictions of the rose from nearly a century ago show a red rose. There is a generous flush of flowers in early summer. Where summer season is very long, it may produce some more flowers in dribs and drabs later on. It is a pernetiana and suffers susceptibility to black spot.
