Comments Paul Barden commends Little Darling as "an excellent garden shrub that will provide lots of bloom with a minimum of care or fuss." The flowers are high centered, with pale salmon colored petals that have a pale yellow reverse. The plant is healthy and vigorous; and ha s been much loved and highly rated. Rose breeders rave about it because it is so very useful in the breeding of miniature roses.
