Comments Cerise-crimson flowers darken to deep purple on an arching shrub full of green leaves. The centers of the fragrant flowers are a cheery lemon yellow. The plant tough and resistant to disease, making a fine shrub or border plant. One thing to consider in choosing this plant is that the flowers are small in comparison to the size of the full grown shrub and that unlike Ballerina which can be covered in blossoms, this rose will not be. It may look best at the edge of a woodland or wilderness.
