Comments Judy Fischer wows in a way that few roses do. It makes a plant that is low and sprawling. It produces blossoms that are small, or downright tiny. These are in a dark rosy pink, perhaps tinged with mauve or lilac. They are neat little flowers; but what really sets the plant off is that these neat little flowers can virtually cover the plant at peak bloom. As is generally true for Ralph Moore introductions, the plant is vigorous and disease resistant.
