Comments It starts as a white rose whose cupped blossoms have coral edges. The coral color spreads and darkens as the rose ages and can cover the whole face of the rose petal, but the reverse tends to stay white. The effect is rare and remarkable. While there are a number of bicolor roses capable of a wide variety of colorations and shapes, this one does much better than most at being attractive in virtually every manifestation. The plant is not rampant; it does not send up a lot of long canes. But it does grow steadily. And it does look handsome trained on a rail fence or on a short pillar.
