Comments The flowers are pink. Or they may be dark pink flushed with yellow. Or maybe coral. The colors of some tea roses can be quite highly variable. The shape of the petals is long and thin with pleats running down the center. Or else they are broad like those of a hybrid tea rose. Variable, too, can be the shapes of the petals. Regardless of the exact details, the flowers are largish and vey attractive. They smell of green tea. The plant is an excellent choice for the warm and humid south where it will grow up to seven feet in each direction and shrug off disease.
