Comments The fragrant pink blossoms are borne on a mid-sized upright and very shrubby plant in the spring and fall. Austin when, comparing it to another shrubby Portland, Compte Chambord, finds the flower more refined but the plant less remontant. The landscape effect with the light foliage and the pale flower color is also one of refinement. This may not be a great cutting rose; but it is almost impossible to find a rosarian who has anything but the highest regard for the health of the plant or the beauty of its flowers.
