Comments Given warm temperatures and plenty of light hot tamale makes great clusters of colorful flowers. The buds are bright scarlet. They open to yellow flowers tipped in scarlet. And these fade toward pink and pale yellow. The plant can make enough flowers to completely obscure its frame. This is a brightly colored rose that always draws attention. It is a good grower and is quite popular, but where blackspot is a problem it will benefit from some protection.
