Comments When it is grown under conditions that suit it perfectly it is stunning: it's good enough to be David Austin's favorite rose. And it's among the best-selling of the English Roses. The quartered shell pink blossoms glow on the bush, and are rich with fragrance. It does require good conditions to do this.

BTW: In warm climate places where any hybrid tea rose thrives, complaints of this rose being a weak grower, stingy with its blossoms, and productive of blossoms that shatter quickly prove common. Those growing it in zone 6 appear to be much happier with it.
