Comments Unlike Chicago Peace and Flaming Peace, Glowing Peace is not a sport of Peace. It has little connection with that rose, though it does count Peace as a great great great grandparent. At its best the central petals in its high-centered flowers are a nice apricot, while the outer petals unfurl and turn a nice soft coral. Other mixtures of yellow and reddish pigments can produce materially different effects, some much less appealing. By hybrid tea standards the flowers are not large, about 3.5 inches. There is not much fragrance, but the rose is said to have good disease resistance.
