Comments The flowers are funamentally white, but they do have some yellow pigment. Sometimes this causes the petals to take on a warm yellow hue at the base; and if the plant is in the shade it may cause the flowers to be a much stronger yellow. It is certainly a good-looking rose - quite reminiscent of many good white hybrid teas but a bit more relaxed. It is fragrant, foliferous, and healthy. It is, however, a tall and narrow plant whose spindly naked legs are best concealed behind shorter plants. Because blooms tend to ball in wet weather, it does best where late spring weather is dry.
