Comments Folksinger produces apricot roses very generously. They can fade as they open and age. It is cold hardy and disease resistant, growing into a large, well branched shrub that looks good used as a shrub or as part of a border. It is resistant to black spot, making it an ideal candidate for gardens in the torrid south and the humid plains It is also very cold hardy, to zone three or four, making it a good choice for upper midwestern and Canadian gardens. Pale Apricot roses are rare enough, but those hardy to zone 4 are extremely so.
