Comments To its credit, it is very free flowering and remontant. And it resists disease. It has the added bonus of having small red prickles, making it a good candidate to place near a path. These attributes place it in the top five percent of all roses. But it can be h ighly variable and not always pretty. I have never seen a photo of the rose that makes it look attractive. And there is not much fragrance. By some accounts it will make a 10 ft climber or an arching shrub of 6 ft. But some gardeners report that it tops out at three feet. It's a good rose to use if you need a wash of strong pink on a low wall or pillar.
