Comments Excellenz von Schubert covers itself with golfball sized cupped flowers in a mid pink. The foliage is elongated, bright green, and glossy; and it covers a very nicely branched plant. True to its multiflora heritage, it is vigorous and healthy in coolish, humid climates and it produces a prodigious number of flowers. Those who covet the flower production, nice shubby form, and troublefree nature of Ballerina, but want something distinctive, would do well to consider this rose and Gartendirektor Otto Linn. Both bred by Lambert, a contemporary of Pemberton.
