Comments Until Easy Going, gardeners who wanted a cold-hardy bright gold or apricot rose that was vigorous and disease resistant were simply out of luck. Precious few roses have been bred with this intensity of color, and most of them were really not good garden plants. It's such a good rose and such a good garden plant, that it is very widely distributed and has been for over a decade. So plant a great bed of these, then get out the hammock and spend your summer afternoons sipping lemonade in the shade rather than spraying your roses.

BTW: Easy Going is a sport of Livin'Easy which is just a little bit more orange in color. If one has a quibbble about these two roses it might be that the flowers are a little ragged and informal: This is really not a good cutting or exhibition rose.
