Comments A deliciously colored, beautifully shaped, delicate little flower is borne by this rose each spring. Its thin petals are almost translucent, and it is held by thin stems allowing the flower to bob in the wind. The effect is one of the more alluring among old roses. Overall the effect is of fragility and it tugs at the heartstrings as few others roses do.
