Comments Polyantha Dick Koster produces golf ball sized, globular, dark pink flowers in great clusters. Their color ranges from mid pink to soft magenta to dusky coral. The show repeats well. It's not the fastest of growers, but once established and kept properly pruned it can be very pleasing. The foliage is an unremarkable mid green that has a touch of ripe olive. This frequently does not contrast starkly with the flowers and the flowering plant has a tendency to fade into the background. If one is creating a garden whose purpose is to be restful and reflective, this can be a useful quality.
