Comments Pink buds open into large, delicious, delicate white flowers. The blooms are borne with good continuity on a vigorous and compact plant.

BTW This rose is a sport of the almost-red Lafayette, a floribunda that was about three quarters hybrid tea rose- most of which descended from Liberty - and a quarter from Crimson Rambler & Gloire des Polyanthas through Mme. Norbert Levavasseur. This may account for the fact that one might find a flower here or there with a bold crimson stripe or two. There is also a climbing sport.
