Comments It's advertized as "Heat tolerant, cold tolerant, drought tolerant..." and so on. My own guess is that a well grown one will mend your socks and cook your breakfast, too. The one that once grew in the Colonial Park Garden in Somerset NJ reached seven feet high and was dressed with glossy foliage that looked like it hewed closely to the wichurana standard; but I never saw it with more than three flowers on it at once. Nor were the flowers very pretty: colorful, yes; pretty, no. It was one rose that departed the garden during my stay in that area and was, I believe, replaced by something better.
