Comments From a high-centered blossom forms a quartered and slightly cupped flower in a glowing tint of pink. The flowers, though not plentiful, are powerfully fragrant and are borne frequently throughout the season. It is no secret that Compte de Chambord was one of the models David Austin sought to emulate in his breeding program: lush shrubby growth, chaliced flowers with many petals, remontance, good health, and powerful fragrance. Those who are fans of his roses will probably like this one, too.
