Comments "One of the most free-blooming of all roses," we read in Botanica's Roses. It's rated in the top twenty roses by ARS members. Perhaps its not an ideal rose for less than good conditions; but when it does get ideal conditions, it just keeps on flowering and flowering. The flowers are vaguely reminiscent of Cornelia's. They are not very large, semi-double, and pink. There is some yellow in the new buds, giving them an apricot or pale orange tinge, and newly opened flowers have attractive yellow stamens. The flowers quickly fade to pale pink and the stamens darken to brown - not a particularly attractive combo close up. But the beauty of the rose lies more in the masses of flowers than in their individual beauty.
