Comments Its lovely, rounded, well foliated frame, and its bright but garden-friendly flowers together recommend City of Leeds for many purposes in the garden. In bright sun, it usually manages coral or even pale orange. But in some conditions it may produce paler candy pink roses. In either case, it?s a good choice for a bed or border. Or even a large container. It may require protection from blackspot in muggy conditions.
