Comments Posessing deeply chaliced flowers reminiscent of Raubritter's in a warm and deep candy-pink, this rose makes a good romantic accent in a border. According to one source, if it gets too much sunlight and nutrition it must be aggressively pruned to 3-4 ft, otherwise it goes to over 6 ft tall and stops flowering. Perhaps an alternative would be pegging or self-pegging. Or to grow it on a fence. Sometimes the flowers conspicuously reveal yellow stamens: you may wish to decide whether this appeals to you before choosing this rose.
