Comments In the US it would have been sold as a grandiflora, perhaps, since its flowers are beautifully high-centered and well formed. The copper color is a little bit difficult to work with in a garden, but it looks smashing with ivory and buff. And it is a fine contrast to soft lilacs and pinks. Both its parents survive it in distribution, but Bonnie Hamilton has evidently dissappeared.
