Comments Buds open a deep raspberry pink, fading through a soft mauve-tinged rose to grayish lilac. They are cupped and packed with petals. The plant is capable of covering itself with many clusters of these blossoms. As a multiflora hybrid it might reasonably be expected to be cold hardy and resistant to blackspot. Sadly, there is no fragrance.
