Comments The color varies from vermilion to cerise, retaining a brightness and purity of color in any shade. The petal tips scroll tighly as they unfurl from the high centered buds, and they can be held on wiry stems giving a soft, informal look to the plant. Fragrance is strong. It's repeat performance, though, is a little weak.

BTW: Ben Williams' roses, being bred on the East Coast, have a reputation for being more cold hardy and disease-resistant than most roses bred on the West Coast.
