Comments It makes perfect cupped and quartered flowers in pink, and imbues them with delicious scent. If one Goggles hybrid perpetual Yolande d'Aragon one may find more good photos of this rose than of virtually any rose bred between 1900 and 1960. That would make Yolande d'Aragon one of the most photogenic of old roses. Its a reasonably strong-growing rose and it is not very affected by fungal disease. It may not be typical of the class, being strongly affiliated with the remontant Damasks. That means it is not quite so prone to spindly growth as some of the later HPs, that it might have smaller flowers, and that it might be more resistant to disease.
