Comments This is a disease-resistant, cold hardy, red hybrid tea rose with rich damask fragrance. Those who grow roses principally to smell them will find this rose an extremely attractive choice. Those who grow roses for exhibition, though, might find the rose smallish in size, or a little too prone to having the petal tips dry out, or too likely to blue as it ages. It is a rose that grows nicely on its own roots and it does bloom generously in good conditions, so all but the most serious exhibitors should prpbably give it a try.
