Comments This is the first yellow hybrid rugosa to reliably repeat-flower, giving it a sort of one-of-a-kind cache. The flowers are nicely fragrant - redolent of cloves - and the plant is shrubby but thorny. It is somewhat less disease-resistant than most rugosas, however, making it a poor choice for blackspot plagued gardens. In coolish summer climates, though it can be excellent.
