Comments The flowers are high-centered, large, and pink with yellowish bases. they can be deliciously fragrant. The plant, too, is reputed to be a reasonably well behaved thing. In the zone 6b county garden near my house this rose was grown with care and skill: It is, after all, an AARS rating site. The first time I noticed it there I thought the spot inhabited by it would be better used as a grassy area. The plant was scrawny, so too the flower. Though of theoretical interest for its unique coloration Tiffany was not even good enough to bother photographing. But a few years later I was wowed with the result. It is, evidently, a rose that requires high culture to be at its best; but at its best it is quite good.
