Comments One might argue that there are other yellow cluster-flowered roses that are better; but there is something about the particular yellow of Benita that can make it the perfect thing. Its yellow has a warmth to it, a touch of red, that some yellow floribundas lack. Presumably Benita does well where winters are not too brutally cold and where summers are not too hot and muggy; for this is where it is distributed. Elsewhere we might expect problems with cold hardiness or, perhaps, with black spot.
