Comments It is drought and heat tolerant. According to its 2002 patent application, it blooms from June to November, its cupped yellow blossoms held against glossy foliage. If it had much fragrance, one might compare it to an English Rose. Interestingly, it is listed as "susceptible to disease" at HMF, which is puzzling for a rose bred so recently. But the same page answers the question by suggestion that the rose appeared in a 2002 Pepinieres Loubert catalogue as a floribunda bred in 1980. It is evidently a rose for coolish summer and dry climates.
