Comments The plant at its peak is so covered with flowers that the foliage is completely obscured. Usually pale primrose yellow, the flowers are high centered and about an inch and a half wide. In coolish weather they might be darker, perhaps taking on apricot tones, and in bright sun turning white quickly. Bloom continuity is exceptional; it's said never to be out of bloom. Foliage is dense and dark, and there's a mild fragrance. Growers in the hottest climates complain that the plant gets huge and the flowers fade and dry in hours.
