Comments Bright yellow flowers darken to scarlet as they age, passing through gold and orange. The effect is of yellow and scarlet roses blooming on one plant with dark gray-green foliage. It's a festive effect. The flowers, though do fade to an ugly pale pink before falling off. And they ball terribly in the rain. It's distributed widely in Germany and Austria, suggesting it might be best suited for coolish summer weather.
