Comments It's a really vigorous, hardy, tough, disease-free shrub that bears lots of flowers. English rosarians will probably find it a little coarse, but where carefree color is required, this is a good candidate. Is it a brand new idea or is it just a non-fragrant re-hash of Nymphenburg? In either case, it is more cold-hardy and perhaps a little more colorful, so it might be a good addition to a northern garden. We notice that photos of this rose taken in Gotenberg show no yellow in the center eye; while those grown in sunny South Carolina have bright yellow centers. Heirloom Roses distributes it as Spanish Enchantress.
