Comments Its roses are described variously as orange, tomato red, or even crimson. Evidently the color is highly variable, but it will be somewhere between yellow and red. The form of the rose sometimes photograps as a high-centered flower. But more often it's just a sort of muddle of petals. It seems, therefore, like the kind of rose one would plant in the garden and live with for a few years before committing to growing it in large beds. Presumably it is well suited to coolish dampish summer weather; it seems to have never been distributed in the US.
