Comments Baronne Prevost is among the more popular of the hardy old garden roses; it makes dark pink flowers of nice form and with good fragrance. The plant is vigorous even on poor soil, and it is resistant to disease. It is hard to argue that it is generous with its flowers which are borne in spring and fall, but out of bloom the plant generally looks good in the garden.
