Comments Reine Victoria produces perfectly formed deeply cupped flowers in a warm rose color. And they are fragrant. Looking at the blossoms can give one the sense that "David Austin was here." The plant is very nicely branched and well covered with foliage. It is one of the most remontant bourbons. It's a slow starter. Sadly, it's also one of the most prone to blackspot. In places with dryish summer weather that is not too hot, it might be a perfect addition to the garden.
