Comments The letters REBA are the central letters in FIREBALL, which is appropriate for a rose in such a hot color. Whether the color is coral, vermilion or scarlet, it is hot. More than a decade ago this rose was hot, too. It's falling off the lists of the largest mail-order distributors, probably because the flowers fade so darn quickly to a pale, rosy pink and making the display seem like it has somehow gone terribly awry - unless someone is out there twice a day with a secateur disbudding open flowers. It may still be among the best roses in this color range, though.
