Remontant & Foliferous
Low Roses | Bushes | Shrubs | Climbers
|Interestingly, this rose was bred by Kordes and named for the town in which prominent rose breeder Tantau is headquartered. When Rosarium Uetersen is in full bloom the blossoms can completely obscure the plant.
The roses are flat and quartered and colored in a rare and delightful coral-salmon shade that can fade to candy or shell pink. The plant is vigorous and disease-free, producing long canes that make this rose good for training on a pillar or wall or growing as a shrub.
ARS members are impressed by this rose, giving it an 8.5.
