According to one account, Polka dots the countryside in Europe, catching the eye with its large and beautiful blossoms. The high-centered buds open to old-rose style flowers in a range of pinkish-orange tints. The rose plant is big and can be used as a large shrub or be trained to climb on a pillar. It is covered with healthy dark green foliage. Unfortunately it is not very fragrant. ARS members rate it 7.6 |
