Joseph's Coat is never completely covered with flowers; but then it is rarely totally without them. The flowers are never huge, but they are always striking. The rose is often well branched and foliaged. And it is not inclined to waste away from fungal diseases. The mid-green foliage always complements the flowers nicely. It's a solid rose - one that never fails to add interest to a garden. And ARS members give it a very solid 7.9 rating. |
