More rosarians list Iceberg in their top twenty roses than any other rose. It's because Iceberg, although it cranks out flowers like a Tostitos factoy cranks out chips (see also 'we'll make more') it manages to stay vigorous and disease free. All this and fragrance, too. A little. As one can see from the photo, Iceberg is well branched - as is true for most Hybrid Musks. And if one needs a mass-planting of white it's just the ticket. ARS members give it a stellar 8.8. There is also a climbing version which appears to be equally impressive at making flowers. |
